Beth was able to fly out to her parents' place outside of Vegas a few days before Christmas. The traveling was AWFUL (never fly with a 6-month old by yourself -- unfolding the stroller and taking care of the carseat while simultaneously trying to get your own belt and boots off is beyond maddening... she almost had a hernia both ways). However, the visit was WONDERFUL and totally worth any travel headaches. Grammie Mary and Grandpa Bill seem to be pretty smitten with their little blue-eyed grandson, and he definitely thought they were pretty cool too. Beth loves watching her parents be grandparents -- it's truly the cutest thing ever (besides Gavin, of course).
